Delivery and Shipping Policy (For Print subscription)

1. Your order is processed within 48 hours of payment and sent by courier. It can take up to 3-4 working days to receive your copy depending on location.

2. The Curious Owl is printed during the early hours of Friday. It is couriered from Goa on Friday and you can expect to receive it within 3-4 working days.

3. The Curious Owl newspaper shall not be printed, reproduced or forwarded in any form.


Privacy Policy

1. When you subscribe to THE CURIOUS OWL, we collect personal information from you such as your name, email, mobile number, child’s name and school and date of birth, address and payment Information. We do not store your Credit/Debit Card information in our database.

2. We will take reasonable steps to accurately record the personal information that you provide to us and any subsequent updates.

3. Email marketing (if applicable): With your prior permission we may send you emails about THE CURIOUS OWL.

4. We use cookies for improving our marketing efforts & do not store any confidential data.

Online Payment

1. For financial transactions CURIOUS OWLS PVT LTD uses a 3rd party secure payment gateway provided by “CC Avenue”. We do not store your Credit/Debit Card information in our database.

1. CURIOUS OWLS PVT LTD reserve the right to modify their privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

2. Your continued use of the website/and/or the service made available on or through the website after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.


Refund and Cancellation

1. CURIOUS OWLS Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for SUBSCRIPTION.

2. You may cancel your subscription package at any time up to 14 days after you receive the first edition of your chosen product (the "Cooling Off Period") by notifying. Please note that after the cooling off Period has ended, you shall not be entitled to any refund in whole or part for any un-delivered part of the subscription


Amending an Order

1. If you have entered incorrect details or want to change your subscription type, please be in touch with us. We will do our best to assist you with this. However, in some cases we may need to cancel the order and ask you to resubscribe. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Please note any cost incurred by us, would need to be borne by you especially if paying by credit card.
